Please note these points were taken from the online reservation terms and conditions.

• Your Reservation Deposit means R5 000.00 to only serve as a Reservation of the Section. There will be an additional Deposit amount payable as called for in the Offer to Purchase to secure your Section.
• Reservation means that you reserve a Unit for a limited period of time. A Reservation does not constitute a Sale Agreement.
• Once payment is confirmed, you will have 72 hours to complete the Offer to Purchase and supply all the necessary forms.
• Your Reservation Deposit is refundable should the Reservation be cancelled.
